MedHealth Limited donates medical equipment to Mzuzu Central Hospital

Medical Health service organisation MedHealth has donated three sets of multi purpose monitoring machines at Mzuzu Central Hospital.
MedHealth Sales and Marketing Manager Maya Kafwamba said MedHealth decided to donate the equipment as one way of implementing Government effort of ensuring that Malawians are accessing quality Health care.
Kafwamba said MedHealth believe that Malawi cannot develop unless people are in good health. He said his organisation will continue.
Kafwamba said most the clients also visit the Hospital being a referral Hospital.
“I am happy today to be here in Mzuzu where we are donating these sets of multipusrpose monitoring machines. Theee are very important machines because they are the ones which helps health workers to monitor how the patient’s body is functioning.” He said.
In his speech MedHealth Chairman of the Board, Dr Neil Nyirongo said MEDHealth is for the people and believes in provision of quality health care.
He said Mzuzu Central Hospital is a strategic hospital and MedHealth will continue to render its support to the hospital.
In a bid to bring medical services closer to clients and potential customers, MedHealth Limited recently opened an office in Mzuzu city.
The office is located in Peace Building, Katoto.
Speaking during the official opening, Sales and Marketing Manager for MedHealth Kafwamba said the company is reacting to demand from its customers in the region for its services.
“Our customers in the northern region have been having challenges to access our services as the nearest office was in Lilongwe and this regional office will help all northern region districts to easily access services ” said Kafwamba.
Kafwamba also added that the company will soon officially engage all its customers of their presence in Mzuzu and the northern region.
Present during the opening was Chief Executive Officer Bright Kamanga and other senior officials from MedHealth Limited.
